Gamerbit provides web design, SEO, advertising, care and AI services for SMEs. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Prices & payment
Published prices are indicative and stated "from", VAT excluded. Setup and monthly fees are agreed per project. The delivered website, code and content become the client's property, there is no lock-in.
Liability
We provide our services with professional care. We are not liable for indirect damages or for third-party services (hosting, platforms, ad networks) beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the competent court of Gorizia, Italy, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
