Advertising ROI Calculator

Calculate the ROI of your Google & Meta Ads spend in seconds and see whether your campaigns are actually paying off.

This free ROI calculator gives you a quick, no-nonsense way to check whether your online advertising is actually making you money. Enter what you spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads and the revenue it generated, and the tool instantly works out your return — no spreadsheet, no signup, no data saved anywhere.

Small businesses often keep running the same ads month after month without ever sitting down to do this simple math. A five-minute check can tell you whether a campaign deserves more budget, needs a rework, or should be paused altogether. If the numbers aren't adding up, our team can review your Google & Meta Ads setup and help fix what's underperforming — or you can start with a free 48-hour check-up.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as "revenue" in this calculator?
Use the actual revenue you can attribute to the campaign — sales, booked jobs, or paid invoices that came from those ads. If you only have leads or clicks, convert them to an estimated revenue figure first using your average deal value and close rate, otherwise the ROI number won't mean much.
What is a "good" ROI for advertising?
It depends heavily on your industry, margins, and sales cycle, so there's no universal target. A useful habit is comparing your own ROI over time and across campaigns, rather than chasing an external benchmark. If a campaign consistently returns less than what you spend, that's the clearer signal to act on.
Does this calculator account for my profit margin?
No — it compares raw ad spend to raw revenue, which is a starting point, not the full picture. Two campaigns with the same ROI can have very different profitability if their margins differ. For a more accurate view, use your margin to convert revenue into profit before comparing campaigns.
