1. First email to a new lead

Context: they downloaded [LEAD MAGNET] / left a request on landing.
Tone: direct, not salesy.
Length: max 100 words.
Include: 1 hook specific to their sector, 1 question, light CTA (15-min call).
DO NOT use: "I hope this email finds you well", "industry leader", emojis.
2. Post-quote follow-up
